Jack McGannon est chargé d’augmenter le succès de Canto en proposant aux clients des solutions technologiques répondant à leurs besoins d’entreprise. Jack a plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans le monde de la technologie. Plus récemment, il était Directeur Général pour les activités américaines de Ein Sof un fournisseur de services de technologie. Avant cela, il était PDG de Document Sciences, de Septembre 1998 jusqu’à l’acquisition par EMC en 2008. Jack est titulaire d’un baccalauréat ès arts de l’Université de Stanford et d’un MBA de l’Université Carnegie Mellon.
Durant son temps libre, Jack aime passer du temps avec sa famille. Il aime le sport, comme coéquipier mais aussi comme spectateur. Il a aussi un fort intérêt dans l’histoire.
In 1990, Thomas Schleu co-founded Canto. Since that time he has played a pivotal role in the development Canto’s robust digital asset management product, Cumulus. Thomas oversees the technology that is the core of Canto’s product offerings. Prior to his appointment as Chief Technology Officer, he served as Canto’s Lead Engineer from 1990 until 2008.
He holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin.
When taking a break from developing technology, Thomas enjoys listening to a variety of music genres such as Baroque, Alternative Rock and Jazz. He is very interested in modern art, and enjoys sharing Berlin’s art museum with visitors to the city.
Hans Schaedel contributes to Canto’s success and sustainability by solving business problems creatively in many areas of our operations. In his role as the CFO, he focuses on developing and defining cloud based business applications as well as leading the accounting and legal departments.
Before joining Canto, Hans provided tax advice to corporate clients at BDO AG, one of Germany’s leading accounting firms. This is where he learned the ropes of a service business and gained the appreciation for working in an international environment. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
Hans has a passion for weaving financial data with innovative technologies. He is also an experienced sailor, and he enjoys traveling the world with his family.
Thomas Mockenhaupt is responsible for managing sales within the DACH region. His deep knowledge of customer requirements and workflows allow him to showcase the value of Canto’s Digital Asset Management solution for companies.
Before joining Canto, he was the Managing Director at Vitras, which was acquired by Canto in 2011.
His education in information technology allows him to dive deeply into intricate IT-infrastructures and understand complex customer issues.
In his free time he enjoys listening to music, traveling and sharing time with his family.
Andreas Mockenhaupt ensures that Canto provides quality and tailored solutions to our customers. He and his team of consultants, developers and supporters design customized DAM initiatives and keep the projects on track. He brings over 10 years of expertise in implementing Cumulus installations and perfecting customer use cases while managing complex IT projects.
Before joining Canto, Andreas was Head of Consulting and CoFounder of Vitras, which was acquired by Canto in 2011.
When not managing projects, Andreas can be found spending time with his family, and enjoys cooking and a fine glass of wine.
Phoenix von Lieven’s passion is to solve problems and find creative solutions to make a customer’s work day more manageable and enjoyable. Her team provides consulting, implementation and training services and deliver integrations with other Enterprise systems.
She has more than 12 years experience in the Creative Services Sector, and holds a degree in Computer Science and Media .
Before joining Canto, Phoenix was a founding partner of 2012 design, a design network in Berlin. She has lectured on Design and HCI at universities and has deep media, design and workflow knowledge. Phoenix has a passion for art forms in nature and spends her free time making art with and for children.
Torsten Buller keeps Canto’s business operations running effectively to meet both customer and organizational needs.
His focus is on creating the necessary structures, processes and procuring the technical infrastructure, to support the Canto workforce in accomplishing the company’s goals and requirements.
Torsten ensures that the technical quality of Canto products remains high by overseeing the development team, quality assurance and Canto’s product support. His responsibilities also include managing Human Resources.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Science in Berlin.
Torsten uses some of his free time to research and map his family genealogy, and enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a seasoned traveler and photographer.
Carsten Hesse is well known for his expertise in digital asset management and his deep knowledge of the Cumulus product. At Canto, he is in charge of analyzing market requirements and customer needs, which enable him to develop and deliver product strategy, product plans and new releases of Cumulus. Carsten also acts as the primary interface between development, marketing and sales.
Before joining Canto, he worked as a product manager in the DAM space for several years. His diplomas in IT and design inform his understanding of the Cumulus technology, as well as the importance of a smooth user experience.
Carsten other interests include games and cycling, and he has an extensive library of music collected from his world travels.
